If pregnancy has not occurred despite appropriately timed attempts, or if there are risk factors such as testicular problems, erectile or ejaculation difficulties, previous reproductive surgery, testosterone use or known hormonal abnormalities, a medical evaluation can provide answers and open the door to appropriate treatment.
Male fertility is not simply about sperm count.
